Please note that all the items are handmade in our workspace in Antwerp (Belgium). It means that the products are rarely perfect, and little imperfects will be possible.
Though the care we put in photographing and describing the items, be aware that colours can vary on different screens.

All store prices are in EURO. All purchases can be payed by Paypal. For buyers in Belgium, a payment by bank transfer is also possible. Contact us for more information: [email protected] .

SHIPPING

We will ship all received orders once a week. All orders will be shipped via First Class mails, which include a tracking code. Shipping takes about 1 week to arrive. Shipments can be shipped without a tracking code, which is less expensive, but the price will depend on weight and destination. Most products can be shipped worldwide. Please be aware that any custom fees, taxes and handling costs are the buyer’s responsibility.
All items will be wrapped with great care. If you might be interested in a giftwrap, please contact us before paying.

RETURNS

All the items can be returned within 10 days after the shipping of the parcel. Please note that the returnment fees are for the buyers responsibility. In case of loss of the returned parcel, the buyer will be handled responsible. And in that case will not be refunded.
When we receive the returned item, we will refund your money in teh next following 30 days.
